Article voiceover
well past 2am i mean 3 i mean 4:17 by which i mean time slows and we glow golden time slips we glisten something about being too much glory for the mouths of men (we are gorgeous) all wish and bone all starshine and clay and heartbeats thunder-soft beneath sheets we are kindness unfolding hurt unfurling words without meaning out of our minds we are all spirit no body yet entirely of these bodies brown nipples and skin stretch marks and hair all over and over and over and it is almost 6am now time flits time flits time flits time flits while simple lovely things like clocks and poems become useless

this piece is forever dedicated to my future wife! I felt moved to share a love poem I wrote in our early days (November 2018) to celebrate the life we are building together.
On that note, we are having a wedding in October! Any funds you might be able to send will be incredibly appreciated, as we are funding this ourselves. Stay tuned because I may share details from our upcoming covid-cautious micro-wedding <3
The voiced version was SO BEAUTIFUL. Getting to hear the emotion behind the words was something else entirely. I wish you had a book of poetry so I could listen to the audiobook
Beautiful, Sarena.
